At Kiriko Made, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our handcrafted Japanese textiles and apparel. If your item isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all authentic Kiriko tags and labels remain attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
