Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our handcrafted Japanese textiles and apparel.
Where are your products made?
Our products are designed in Portland, Oregon, and handcrafted using traditional textiles sourced directly from various regions across Japan.
How should I care for my indigo-dyed garments?
Indigo is a natural dye that may bleed initially. We recommend washing separately in cold water and hanging to dry to preserve the unique color and texture of the fabric.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of purchase. Please note that certain vintage or limited-edition items may be final sale.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our Japanese-inspired goods worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.
Are your textiles authentic vintage?
We use a mix of deadstock, vintage, and newly loomed traditional fabrics such as Kasuri and Shibori to ensure both authenticity and durability in our designs.
Can I request a custom size or repair?
While we do not offer custom sizing, we embrace the philosophy of Mottainai (waste nothing). Contact us regarding our repair services for Kiriko items that need some extra love.
